The DPO4000 series is equipped with powerful features to quickly perform each step of design debugging. Quickly detect anomalies, acquire them, and quickly search through waveform records to analyze device characteristics and behavior.

The MSO/DPO4000B Series is equipped with industry-leading features that ensure that the signal is displayed reliably, ensuring that the actual operation of the device is displayed. FastAcq’s fast acquisition rate of more than 340,000 waveforms per second allows you to observe glitches and intermittent transients in seconds, revealing device faults. In the digital phosphor display, the color brightness gradation display brightens the signal parts that occur frequently, so that the signal history can be understood and the frequency of abnormalities can be confirmed.
