The DTGM21 is a module from Tektronix. This module is used with Tektronix oscilloscopes to provide more measurement capabilities.
Additional Features:
- 4 channel single-ended output module
- Provides higher output amplitudes into 50 ohm loads
- Includes tri-state (Hi Z) output control
- Applications include semiconductor characterization at data rates up to 1.1Gb/, memory and bi-directional bus testing.
The DTGM21 with both 50 ohm and 25 ohm source modes, is an improved replacement for the discontinued DTGM20 output module.
