The P80318 is an 18GHz 100Ω input impedance differential TDR handheld probe. The probe can be used to measure the high-fidelity impedance of the differential transmission line. A wide range of differential line spacing and impedance can be achieved with adjustable probe pins. The P80318 probe also includes two SMA cables with parallel wire controls (they provide control of EOS/ESD protection to the 80A02).
